Unfortunately due to small class sizes our Kettle Bell classes on Tuesday will be finishing. We will now be offering a 45 min. Meditation practice followed by 45 min. restorative class. I think this will make Tuesdays a sought after night...

So being that we are in the midst of a #30daychallenge I thought our inspiration wall could be about challenge. This might be a tough one to share but it is also extremely comforting to know we all go through "shit" and make it out the other side. This month I invite to share what you overcame. Being a #lionwarrior might mean you have some battle scars but we all have them. Please share your story to inspire others who might be going through something similar. I overcame years of self loathing and body dysmorphia through yoga. I learned to let go of the need to be societies version of perfect and grew to be happy in my own skin. I excited to share my story with you guys through an interesting project spearheaded by our friend @ceciliatakesover and her boyfriend @tylerbakerphotography they are doing a photo project on the healing nature of yoga and they've asked me to be a part of it. I'm sure it'll be raw to reveal this to you all in pictures and words but I hope it'll help someone going through similar circumstances.
