Check out your favourite classes and some exciting new additions to our roster!  We offer inspired flow classes geared towards beginners through to advanced practice.  We also offer a variety of restorative, yin, hatha, and acro yoga classes.  Don’t forget about our unique to Lion’s Breath kettlebell classes!
