Certified Yoga Instructor
I have been teaching for about 3 years now and I’m still learning about yoga and myself. The first time trying yoga I did not like it at all because I was expecting something else so 6 years later I try it again after having my son probably the toughest time of my life with the change. But I stepped on to my “rented”mat from lions breath yoga studio and I fell in love… I didn’t feel good physically and emotionally for almost a year going through child birth and adjusting to my new life and hormones. So far yoga has kept me balanced, brought myself awareness into play self love. There’s nothing more then I would love is to share with others.
