Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address and credit card numbers that you provide to us when you place an order, when you provide your information to us or when you participate in a promotion or survey. Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We also collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site including when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order – such as an order confirmation notice. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer. Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly.
To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online or in our store. Pricing Policy
At Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at lionsbreath.ca will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centres, in some cases, Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the lionsbreath.ca web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Most orders will ship out within the next business day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping rates and times for international (USA included) destinations can be determined once a customer has made an online purchase. Once the order has been placed, the international customer will be contacted to specify costs.
Please note that while most orders sent internationally will ship from Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre in about the same amount of time as orders shipping in Canada, they are subject to review by Customs upon arrival to their country of delivery and may be delayed. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any Customs Duties and Taxes.
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. International customers will initially be charged for the order and processed again once shipping rates have been determined. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Residents of Edmonton, AB may alternatively pickup their merchandise in-store by visiting Lion’s Breath Yoga & Pilates Centre three (3) business days after purchase of an item online. Please provide proof of payment when picking up in-store.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly exchange or issue merchandise credit on regular priced, unwashed/unworn/unused or defective merchandise. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make an exchange or be issued a merchandise credit within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
If an exchange cannot be fulfilled a merchandise credit will be mailed to your billing address. We'll email you once we've received and processed your exchange or credit. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your exchange/credit to be processed.
Refund of Services
Any purchase of classes, workshops, or retreats cannot be refunded unless the item purchased is cancelled by Lion’s Breath.
Exchanging Web Purchases (Edmonton, AB Residents)
To exchange merchandise purchased from lionsbreath.ca to our store, bring the item, the packing slip included with your order, as well as the form of payment used to make the purchase and your photo id to our downtown location at #206, 10350–124 Street. In the absence of the original form of payment, a merchandise credit for use in our store at the studio will be issued.
Exchanging Web Purchases (Non-Edmonton, AB Residents)

We're sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable and we cannot accept COD returns.
Transit Time
Exchanges are typically received within 2 – 3 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your exchange, please allow 2 business days for it to process. In the event that an exchange cannot be fulfilled a merchandise credit for the merchandise amount will be mailed to your billing address.
Notification of Return/Exchange
Once your return is processed we'll send an email to notify you. If you've requested an exchange, a second email will be sent once we've processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be exchanged for a merchandise credit.
